I’m Gareth Davies MN.Nutr, an evidence-based Nutritionist and Personal Trainer. My approach combines science with your experiences, lifestyle and goals to improve your confidence and health.

Sessions are available face to face, both online and in person in South London.
Available in person or online. We’ll gain an understanding of your history, goals, habits, and priorities through a questionnaire sent in advance so we can focus on practical guidance in session.
Includes:
An in-depth 90-minute discussion to explore and build on information provided in your questionnaire
Comprehensive notes following the consultation with key takeaways to get you started on your journey
Tips on how to improve your diet, specific to your goals
30 minute follow up on week four to review and build on your progress
Please note: if you book this service on it’s own but later proceed with a programme, we’ll discount the £150 fee from your payment.
The comprehensive approach; you are provided with a bespoke plan, factoring in diet, food environment, sleep, lifestyle, history and goals. Ongoing support and accountability with regular reviews to tweak plans as you progress.

Weekly 7 day reviews with feedback
Bi-weekly 30 mins check ins in person or online

Access to Nutritics to log and track food, analysing nutrients and identifying areas for progress
